I joined MADSKY as System Admin less than a year ago. I manage all our technology platforms for our team and for our customers, and I make sure that everything goes smoothly.
I work in technology, but I have a strong background in customer experience and customer relations. That helped me transition into IT with the mindset that it’s not only about technology, but also about meeting people’s needs and making technology work for all those involved.
For example, when we were putting together the upgraded version of our mobile application, we thought through how contractors would want to experience this and what’s the best way to set it up for them. User experience is very important.
There’s nothing that makes me happier than being able to help people. You’re doing it for them, but in a sense, you’re also doing it for yourself. It’s that customer service mindset where I’m just excited whenever I can bring solutions.
I think there’s no better time to be part of a network like MADSKY. We use the latest technology to streamline the entire claim management process. We put our heart in what we do.
I am a family man, I’m married and I have children. That motivates me to do better and leave a legacy.
