MADSKY Has Launched Important Claim Management System Upgrades

We are excited to launch the upgraded version of our claim management system that is now even more efficient.

MADSKY’s Contractor Network members now a have better claim management tool and are able to easily see the status of each claim and the steps that require their immediate attention. MADSKY’s claim distribution process has also been upgraded and further automated to take into account multiple factors such as location, availability, and others. The new system includes detailed performance reports and educational resources for contractors.

Julie Wynn, MADSKY’s SVP for Operations and her team were the drivers of this process.
