HUNTER POWELL APPOINTED AS CEO AND L.C. NUSSBECK SHIFTS TO ROLE OF STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Nussbeck is stepping down from his role as CEO of the company to the role of Strategic Advisor. Nussbeck will remain an active senior executive as Hunter Powell takes over as CEO, effective immediately. The move is in conjunction with FV Holdings LLC’s acquisition of a majority stake in MADSKY for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will infuse new capital into MADSKY, helping recapitalize the firm and give it the investment capital needed to amplify its strategy and execute its growth plans.
