Meet our Passionate People: Reagan Stringer, Customer Service Supervisor at MADSKY
“I’ve always lived in southwest Missouri. I’ve been married to my husband, Todd for twenty five years and we have three children: Hunter’s twenty two, Peyton is nineteen, and Ashlyn is twelve.
I’m an Air Force mom. My middle child, my nineteen-year-old, is in the Air Force, stationed in Tucson, Arizona. It’s not something I thought I wanted him to do, but, you can’t hold them back from their dreams. I miss him like crazy, but I’m glad he’s serving our country and he’s loving it.
I am an avid ball mom, always at the ball field. My husband and I volunteer — we are the directors of our city softball league for girls. So, I have about two hundred girls that I take care of during the summertime.
I started out at MADSKY as a dispatcher. I have now worked my way up to Customer Service Supervisor and I absolutely love what I do.
I love helping people
I love helping people. I feel that building a relationship with the customers is very important because we are their first contact with MADSKY, so the impression that we make on them seems to last.
I am honored to be part of the front line – to listen to the customer, inform them and make them feel comfortable with the process. It’s so rewarding to help people. This is my drive, this is what I do, it’s what I’m best at.
Being there for people is so rewarding!
I’ve worked in different fields: I’ve sold real estate, I’ve had my property and casualty license, life insurance license, pre-need agent license, we’ve owned a stainless steel business, and a gift shop. I also worked at a funeral home helping families. Just being there for them in that time of need is very rewarding.
Helping people — it’s either a way of life or it’s not. I’ve done so many things in my life and I am excited to get up and come to work. I love the people that I work with. The growth, the opportunity, everything about MADSKY is amazing.
