Ryan Holland and his son Zach

Ryan Holland and his partner started their restoration company, 4 Seasons Roofing, in August 2009 with a strong focus on customer service and honest estimates. These values have helped them grow their business mostly through referrals.

“I came from the restaurant industry; I was a general manager for Corner Bakery. I take the service approach from the restaurant business over to the construction side where I don’t care if you’re coming in with a minor shingle repair, or if it’s a $200,000 commercial roof, you get treated the same and you get treated with honesty,” said Ryan.

We asked him what he is grateful for in this holiday season. He said:

“I’m grateful for my health.

I’m almost 50 years old and my family has a history of cancer, so I’m happy that I’m healthy and that I have a wonderful support system with my family and friends. Actually, I wake up and the materialistic things in life aren’t that important anymore. If I can, I would rather put a smile on someone’s face or give someone else a gift than receive one myself. That’s important to me.

I’m grateful for being able to have a job right now.

I know a lot of people out there are not as lucky. Because of COVID many businesses have closed, so the fact that I can put food on the table for my family is a blessing for sure.

I’m grateful that I picked up the phone and called MADSKY for the first time 11 months ago.

I toyed with this idea a few years ago and kept postponing the decision. I was sitting around one day, and I saw an online discussion about the MADSKY program. I said, ‘You know what, let me go ahead and check it out’. And it’s been awesome. I’m almost 99 percent MADSKY now. If I get a referral call from a realtor or an agent, I’ll go out and run those leads, but for the most part, I just work with MADSKY. I’m thankful for that.

To be honest with you, I’m thankful that my crews have been able to stay healthy and safe during the pandemic.

It’s just all around a good year for me, that a lot of people don’t get to have because of what’s been going on.

I have a wonderful 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old stepdaughter, I’m a family man. I just want to make sure that my family and my clients are taken care of.”
