How does all of this work?

Here’s what you can expect with MADSKY’s 7-step Process.


STEP 1 - Let's talk.

MADSKY will contact you to set up an appointment with a qualified contractor to complete the inspection and documentation of your property.


STEP 2 - Let's see the damage.

One of our estimators directs a Virtual Inspection. During this process, we take Live Video and Images of the property.


STEP 3 - Let's review the estimate.

A MADSKY licensed estimator provides a completed estimate to you and the contractor that meets your insurance company’s standards and your policy requirements.


STEP 4 - Let's get started.

Upon completion of the Contract and Authorization to Repair form, provided by the contractor, MADSKY initiates the project. During the project initiation, the contractor places an order for roofing supplies from one of the MADSKY network suppliers. The ordered supplies can be delivered within 48 hours to your home from time of order placement.


STEP 5 - Let's set expectations.

The time it takes to do a roof restoration process depends on the findings during the inspection process. During the estimate consultation, the contractor provides a time estimate. The amount of time on average can take a few hours to 4 days, depending on the complexity of the project.


STEP 6 - Let's be sure you're satisfied.

When the roof is complete, the contractor will take additional images of the restored roof and exterior for the insurance company. Additionally, the contractor presents a Certification of Satisfaction form, to be signed only when the work meets your expectations. The Certification of Satisfaction is sent to the insurance company by MADSKY.


STEP 7 - And finally, you get our service warranty.

MADSKY provides your new warranty, in which you can contact us at any time during the warranty period for support.

Payment & Financing

MADSKY provides you with numerous options in order to make payment for the services. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, Pay Pal, Check, Cash, and BitPay.

We understand you may not have the cash on hand for a roof replacement, which is why we've partnered with Hearth to find you a competitive, unsecured roof financing options. Getting pre-qualified won't affect your credit score.
